once upon a time,..i had stage fright even i was a school prefect and so on,....i never embraced the opportunity to speak out publicly...but its all changed even since im in my tertiary education level where independence and strive for success are highly valued...
well time has come for me to accept and love those changes... :)

working under pressure helps to bring the best out of me,..but its detrimental in terms of health...well best thing in life comes out from hard work.doesn't it.... :)
